| Treatment funding In case you are not self-funding; please be so kind to confirm with your insurance company that they are prepared to fund your assessment and treatment. On average treatment will be approximately six to twelve 55 minute sessions at £175.00 per session. If your insurance is not prepared to fund your treatment, you will be responsible for the costs of treatment. Cancellations & missed appointments We ask you to give us at least 48 hours notice if you are going to cancel your appointment so we are able to offer that time to another person. A full fee will be charged if we receive less than 24 hours notice. Missed appointments will be charged at the full rate. We are committed to your treatment and on the rare occasions that we need to cancel or reschedule and appointment, we will provide you with the maximum notice possible. Payments We will invoice you or your insurance company after each session. Please note that invoices are to be settled within 7 days from date of issue as stated on the invoice. If your Private Medical Insurance does not cover the full amount, you will be responsible for settling the balance. Please check with your insurance the amount and duration of psychological treatment covered by your policy.
