Key Learning Objectives

1. Participants wil gain an understanding of the theory, principles and applications of CBT.
2. Particpants will learn who conscious thought, beliefs and behaviour play a central role in the development and maintenance of emotional distress, health and illness.

The workshop runs from 9am to 5pm both days, with lunch on your own from 1230 – 1330.  A wide range of restaurants and cafes can be found nearby.
