From CBT Introductory Course (20th & 21st April 2010)

Jenny Anthony, Nurse Practitioner (Dermatology) - learning about the physiological changes in the brain and relationship to emotion/behaviour.  I am staggered at the amount I have learnt that I can use both personally and professionally.  I feel it wil really help me in overcoming and dealing/accepting on-going issues in my life and being much more empathic/kind/compassionate with my patients/colleagues and self.  Am very much looking forward to the Skills Workshop next month.
Vivienne Cohen - Very good introduction to the topic, well paced and encouraged me to think about further training.  Liked the sciency bits - brain etc., and also the 5 part model.
Kim Meintjes - I leave with ideas to try personally and professionally which are very exciting.  Liked the knowledge and enthusiasm and ease of verbalising on the topic!
Karen Tester, Service Co-Ordinator Westminster Stop Smoking Service - Most interesting course I have been on to date - life changing at both a personal level and within the work place. I look forward to setting further goals - thank you.

Henriette du Toit, Therapist - Really enjoyed it.  Feel very motivated to start work.  Liked how thought/emotion releases specific, yet different, emotions and the physical symptoms.  How to listen and use the patient's words/thoughts.
Dr Baroni - Mindfulness exercise very informative, inspiring, educational course.  Very good!
